Role Description

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales process. Key daily tasks include conducting lead generation campaigns, scheduling meetings, building mature customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bedfordview.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated mindset, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the technology or corporate performance management industry is a plus.
