We're looking for a proactive and organised IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for driving efficient IT operations across our stores.

What You'll Do

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage new store openings, ensuring all IT-related elements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support and assist in store revamps, shows, and IT infrastructure updates.
  • Oversee service delivery management — tracking vendor performance, ensuring SLA compliance, and strengthening partner relationships.
  • Manage procurement, invoicing, and stock assignments, ensuring all administrative tasks are processed accurately and timeously.
  • Coordinate and test new hardware and software solutions, ensuring they meet operational requirements before rollout.
  • Support Vodacom APN management, including user allocation, usage monitoring, and reporting.
  • Uphold information security standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
What You'll Need
  • A relevant IT qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, IT administration, or service delivery management.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
