We are currently looking for a Contract Payroll Administrator to join our team, with the ability to start immediately.

Brief Summary of the Role:

The Contract Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process using Sage VIP Premier, ensuring accurate monthly payroll, statutory submissions, and full compliance with labour legislation. The role also requires strong Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis. This is a hands-on role, requiring precision, attention to detail, and the ability to support both employees and leadership effectively.

Must have 6 year + experience.

Please note:


• This is a full-time, in-office contract role based in Bryanston. No work-from-home or hybrid options are available.


• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.
