We're looking for a
Junior Paid Media Specialist
who's excited about performance marketing, curious about data, and eager to grow. Someone who loves digging into results, crafting ads that convert, and taking ownership of their work - especially in a remote-first environment where self-management is everything.

What you'll do

You'll support and run performance-driven campaigns across
paid search and paid social
for a range of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Conducting keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
  • Writing strong ad copy and selecting visuals that perform
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimisation decisions
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and commentary
  • Collaborating with our data, creative, and strategy teams
  • Preparing clear and accurate briefs for tracking specialists (e.g., GTM or analytics experts)
  • Ensuring UTM tracking is correctly implemented and consistent across campaigns
  • Testing new formats, platforms, and ideas to push performance further
  • Managing your time and priorities effectively in a remote-first environment, with minimal supervision

What you bring

  • We expect curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to grow quickly.

You'll thrive if you have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media (agency experience is a bonus)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and at least one major paid social platform
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking and basic analytics
  • The ability to brief specialists clearly on tracking needs (GTM, pixels, custom events)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working independently, managing deadlines, and organising your work in a remote-first setup
  • A love for testing, learning, and constant optimisation
  • An interest in using AI tools to speed up and improve your workflow
  • A positive, collaborative attitude
