Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity that has become available for a Merchant Assistant, and we are looking for somebody who is keen to work with a dynamic team, where innovation is the key to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems, processes and general administration
  • Timeously prepare samples for meetings maintain an efficient filing system
  • Ensure consistent approach to admin within the department make suggestions for improvements sample control
  • Ensure samples are provided to the relevant parties timeously (Supplier, Buyer, and Quality Assurance)
  • Maintain fit rails co-ordinate the movement of samples between departments
  • Mintain an organised archive area
Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
