About the Role

As an E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the merchandising team, ensuring our reward and loyalty e-commerce platforms are accurate, engaging, and commercially optimised.

This role will involve working with merchant partners across the UK, Europe, India, the US, UAE, and Australia. You'll be responsible for content management, reward submissions, pricing checks, marketing campaign support, and general merchant coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate merchant reward submissions and content templates
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure accurate and timely uploads
• Monitor and update homepage banners and storefront content
• Conduct regular quality checks on product listings and pricing
• Support marketing campaigns with copy, images, and link testing
• Manage merchant support queries and escalate as needed
• Report on submission progress and front-end performance

What We're Looking For

We provide full training, but the following experience and attributes would be advantageous:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse and present data
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in content and data handling
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Effective communication skills across email, Teams, and other digital platforms
• Ability to work independently and across time zones
• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital content management, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Experience using tools like Jira or CMS platforms is beneficial but not required
