Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to support the CNS team. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to staff and management. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

General Office Management


• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.


• Order and manage office supplies and equipment.


• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities.

Administrative Support


• Manage office correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls).


• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as requested.


• Maintain filing systems – both digital and physical.


• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for managers or departments.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Matric. Business Administration, Management, or related field will be beneficial.


• Minimum 0 – 2 years of experience in Office Administration or similar role.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


• Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
