We are recruiting for
four key project management roles
, all focused on delivering large scale Oracle HCM projects within
Mining sector
.
All roles are contract positions until 30 November 2026
on a
hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

  • **Programme Manager

  • 10 years
    experience in
    strategically managing multiple interrelated projects
    under an HR systems implementation programme. Must have 5 years hands-on experience with
    Oracle HCM enterprise solutions implementation.**

  • **Project Manager (Process Engineering/Enterprise Architecture & Business Analysis)

  • 7 years
    experience in leading the design, implementation, and governance of HR processes and enterprise architecture for a large-scale HR transformation project. This role combines
    process engineering, enterprise architecture (Levels 1–3), and business analysis (Level 4)
    to ensure alignment between business objectives,
    HR systems (Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite)**
    and technology architecture.

  • Project Manager (Data Management & ETL)-
    5+ years
    experience in
    HR data management project.
    Must have experience in managing delivery of a large-scale HR data management projects focusing on Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes. Ensure accurate migration, integration, and transformation of HR data across multiple systems while maintaining compliance, data integrity, and security standards.

  • Technical Project Manager (HR Transformation) - 8+ years
    experience in
    technical project management within HR technology projects.
    Must have experience in
    implementation of solution architecture, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and business analysis
    . This role will lead all technical workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within scope, time, and budget.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or IT.
  • Certifications:
    PgMP or PMP or PRINCE2, TOGAF, CBAP - preferred.
  • HRIS-related certifications (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) -
    advantageous
  • HR technology projects implementations
    within Mining or Heavy industries -Oracle HCM Enterprise Solution : Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite.
  • Strong project management skills
    PMBOK or Agile
  • Expertise in
    process engineering and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
  • Expertise in
    ETL processes and data migration strategies.
  • Expertise of
    solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and systems integration.
