**Responsibilities**:
You will supervise tactical officers, armed guards and guards on the site.

**_You are responsible for ensuring that the 3 PPPs are actively upheld:_**

1. Protect the premises and property of the client.

2. Prevent illegal trespassing.

3. Prevent any criminal activities from happening.

**_In order to do the above to a level of excellence you and your team/shift will:_**
- Do day and night patrols;
- Provide visible patrolling on the site;
- Immediate armed reaction as and when requested;
- Incident management.
- **_Do inspections and parades to verify that:_**
- PSIRA certificates are valid and give notice to members if their certificates are close to expiring.
- Bi-Annual Criminal Checks on all Security Personnel.
- Ensure that firearm competency certificates are valid and remains valid for your members.
- Reporting of all crimes and identified crime trends after each shift.
- Control of keys, equipment and company assets utilized by your team.
- Firearm controlling and ensuring that your team members are compliant with the Firearms Control Act.
- Administration of sick notes and annual leave & ensuring that all staff take annual leave according to a leave roster.
- You will attend all meetings as and when requested.

**Remuneration**:
Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
