to be the welcoming face of our busy Bellville showroom. This person will be the
first point of contact for clients

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a
busy reception and switchboard
with professionalism. - Provide outstanding
customer service
and client support. - Coordinate
administration, filing, and office functions
. - Maintain showroom office equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Matric / National Senior Certificate.
- Fluent in
English & Afrikaans
. - Minimum
4 years' experience
in a receptionist or client relations role (with switchboard knowledge). - Computer literate (
MS Office
). - Professional,
presentable
, and customer focused. - Strong ability to
multi-task and work under pressure
in a fast-paced environment. - Availability to work
every second Saturday (09:00 – 14:00)
