**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and assisting clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Managing bookings, payments, and vouchers efficiently.
- Handling **opening and closing procedures** of the spa.
- Maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at the reception.
- Providing excellent **customer service**, reflecting our 5-star standards.
