**SHOWROOM SALES MANAGER**

HALDANE is seeking an experienced + dynamic Sales Manager to provide phenomenal customer service to our clients. This person has experience + formal education in the art, interior design or built environment industry, a strong sense of style + colour, more than 2 years’ work experience in sales and can generate floorplan layouts + finish presentations. You will offer an excellent + informative experience within the showroom
+ all communications prior to, during + after sales. A knowledge of international shipping processes is beneficial.

**Mid/Snr Role - Permanent Position**

**Remuneration: R 20 000 - 30 000 (experience dependent)**

**Location: Woodstock, Cape Town**

**Responsibilities**:
Greet visitors + answer telephones.

Send catalogues + pricelists.

Gain an understanding of clients’ projects + needs.

Guide clients in selecting the ideal designs for their projects, emphasizing product features + benefits, utilizing knowledge of our collections’ capabilities and limitations.

Assist clients in selecting finishes. A sensibility for colour, texture + global trends essential.

Generate floorplan layouts for clients when needed.

Generate finish presentations in Adobe Illustrator + 3D Rendering.

Gather client information: delivery info, finish selection, billing info, Quantities + sizes.

Generate quotes + invoices on accounting software.

Allocate payments.

Liaise with customers in a helpful, timeous, professional manner, ensuring they are always informed of the progress of their order.

Compile necessary documentation for each order including for Export.

Co-ordinate deliveries with Production Manager, Driver + Logistics companies for Local,
National + Export orders.

Follow up on quotes + sustain the sales funnel.

Foster relationships with new clients + maintain established ones.

Represent HALDANE at Trade Shows, exhibitions, events + functions.

Neat + Beautiful showroom styling.

Website / E-commerce maintenance.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Must hold a Diploma / Degree in one of the following fields: Interior Design,
Architecture, Industrial Design, Fine Art, Graphic Design, Experience Design,
Advertising, Marketing

**Experience**: Minimum of 2+ years in sales.

**Character**:You are Pro-Active, Well-mannered, Timeous + Professional, Stylish +
Personable with beyond exemplary communication skills.

CAD (Rhino), Cloud Filing (Dropbox), Production management software (Katana),
Wordpress, Woo Commerce.

Valid South African Drivers’ License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
