Showroom Sales Coordinator

PURPOSE
The purpose of the Showroom Sales Coordinator is to ensure that the showroom represents the company’s brand image. An experienced and well-organized person will need to provide the necessary support to the Sales Team.
Showroom Sales Coordinator will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
SPAN OF CONTROL
This position will form part of the Commercial Team and will report into the Head of National Specifications
**Key Outputs and Responsibilities**:
- Maximise exposure for the Belgotex Showroom within the Region
- Support brand awareness strategy within the region
- Meet, greet and host Customers and Professionals at the Belgotex Showroom
- Consult and advise walk-in customers on flooring requirements
- Maintain the upkeep of the Belgotex Showroom by ensuring adequate sales - related equipment, material and samples are available.
- Manage reception calls and overflow from regional branches, as well as customer care when required
- Provide support to the Sales team through managing the boardroom bookings, pool vehicles, day to day courier services and administrative duties
- Manage showroom visits for all branches nationally with relevant regional teams
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of promotional material and events
- Support the technical team and The Go Group with arranging and welcoming learners for training or workshops held in the showroom training centre
- Work Closely with the Sales Project Co Ordinator to maintain a healthy work environment and space for teams and stakeholders
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 1 year’s administration experience
- Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have strong planning and organizing skills
- Must be able to work independently
- An aptitude for design and marketing is advantageous
- Must have exposure and knowledge of Flooring products / Industry
- Valid Driver’s License is essential

QUALIFICATIONS
