Salary: R35 000 – R44 000 Negotiable
(depending on experience)

Schedule: Includes alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm

We are seeking a
Showroom Manager
to uphold the elegance of our Fourways flagship showroom. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team, curate immaculate spaces, and ensure each client encounter is nothing short of extraordinary. Your eye for design, attention to detail, and passion for sales will bring our vision to life—seamlessly

blending aesthetics with client satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

· A strong background in sales and retail management

Impeccable taste and understanding of luxury interior styling

· Proven leadership skills with a passion for motivating and mentoring teams

· A client-centric mindset that thrives on delivering excellence

· Experience in managing showroom operations and visual standards

What you'll do:

· Drive sales performance and elevate the client experience

· Curate a pristine, elegant showroom aligned with our brand ethos

· Manage a high-performing team with poise and professionalism

· Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Head of Retail

· Represent the timeless sophistication of our brand in every interaction

· Petty cash managed and reconciliation performed according to agreed deadlines

What We're Looking For:

  • Education:
    National Senior Certificate; a relevant Certificate or Diploma is an advantage
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a showroom, retail, or sales environment
  • Skills:
    Strong proficiency in MS Office, database/records management, event coordination, and reporting
  • Attributes:
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Other Requirements:
    Driver's license and own transport essential
