What You'll Bring Strong background in sales and retail management Impeccable taste and understanding of luxury interior styling Proven leadership skills with a passion for motivating and mentoring teams Client‑centric mindset that thrives on delivering excellence Experience in managing showroom operations and visual standards What You'll Do Drive sales performance and elevate the client experience Curate a pristine, elegant showroom aligned with our brand ethos Manage a high‑performing team with poise and professionalism Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Head of Retail Represent the timeless sophistication of our brand in every interaction Manage petty cash and perform reconciliation according to agreed deadlines What We're Looking For Education: National Senior Certificate; a relevant Certificate or Diploma is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a showroom, retail, or sales environment. Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, database/records management, event coordination, and reporting. Attributes: Highly organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Other Requirements: Driver's license and own transport essential.
