We're seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that enable our sales team to excel. You'll play a critical role in onboarding new sales representatives, developing existing talent, and ensuring our team has the skills, knowledge, and confidence to effectively communicate Fundwell's value proposition and close deals.

**How You’ll Make An Impact**
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Develop ongoing education programs that keep the sales team updated on product enhancements, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Build a library of best practices, playbooks, and resources for self-directed learning
- Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives who need additional support
- Partner with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals

**What Sets You Apart**
- 4+ years in sales training, enablement, or coaching
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs or playbooks
- Experience with sales enablement or e-learning platforms and creating digestible content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
