Are you a COO with 5 - 6 years in a purely strategic opeartion role reporting and forming part of the exco team? We are looking for a transformational leader, a strog decsision maker who implemets meaningful change and experiences in an entrepreneurial-run environment.

Educational Requirements:
Degree or MBA from any recognized university/Institute OR
Strong operational/commercial/strategic experience
Possesses requisite experience in HR frameworks, Financial management, Marketing, and Operations.
Extensive experience in business management across strategy, commerce, finance, HR, and operations.
Financial reporting capabilities including budgeting and cash flow management.
Proven track record of success in facilitating organizational change within a growing organization.
Excellent computer literacy, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Recommended: Previous experience in BPO, Customer Service, or Fintech.
Managing direct reports across multiple sites.
Key Performance Areas:
As a vital member of our executive team, you'll share accountability for achieving strategic objectives, focusing on service delivery and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive operational planning, capacity building, process enhancement, and customer service.
- Provide visionary leadership and effective operational controls.
- Guide strategic planning, budgeting, and sales/marketing
decisions.
- Hands-on approach to oversee end-to-end
implementation.
- Renegotiate supplier contracts for optimized
performance.
- Lead and mentor 30-40 direct reports across multiple
sites.
- Champion culture change and implement performance
metrics.
- Collaborate with integral departments for seamless
operations.
