This is a full-time on-site role for a SETA Training Assistant located in Durban North. The SETA Training Assistant will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of training programs, maintaining training records, coordinating logistics for training sessions, preparing training materials, and assisting in the evaluation of training effectiveness.

The role also involves communicating with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in coordinating logistics and managing training sessions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare and maintain training materials and records
- Basic knowledge of training development and implementation
- Proficiency in using office software and training platforms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
- Extension of scope of courses
- Preparation for site visits
- Punctuality and reliable
