Durban, South Africa F & G Sourcing Specialist Full time

Our Food Retail client is seeking a **Regional Training Manager** to join their team in the Durban North area.

**Salary**: R15 000 - R20 000 nett. per Month

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday from 08:00am to 17:00 pm
- Peak days 12:00pm to 20:00pm
- Stay out at outlying stores for 10 days or more if there is a new store opening or give urgent store training support
- These times may chance based on the needs of the business

**Requirements**:

- Matric completed
- Training/Staff Development, Supervisor course and Management Development Program
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Restaurant and Fast-Food Services experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Be prepared to go the extra mile
- Must be computer literate
- Must have own reliable vehicle and mobile phone
- Good GP/CPS/GRV knowledge

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on preparation of foods as per Standard Operating Procedures
- Support, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employees
- Promote efficiency and improve skills of employees
- Keep attendance and training records and registers
- Monitor employee performance evaluations and identify areas of improvement
- Provide daily updates on training areas done daily in-stores
- Work within a team and drive the restaurant forward
- Assist in new store openings - supporting the teams through constant mentoring and coaching
- Assist the training department with Adhoc Training tasks and projects
- Doing presentations to the target audience
- Sign off Manager Trainees throughout
- Track daily reports posted
- Take charge of GP and GRV training/trouble shooting for new and existing stores
- Full accountability of the training team within the group
- Coordinate for new stores staff quantities, training stores, weekly training updates and complete sign offs one week before store opening

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- training management: 5 years (required)
- Restaurant and Fast-Food Services: 3 years (required)
- GP/CPS/GRV: 5 years (required)
