**Job Description
- Overview**

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will make sure our customers' queries get resolved quickly and efficiently. For you, this means answering customer queries and following up with internal/external stakeholders - all the while keeping the customer informed of the progress

**Experience and Knowledge Needed**:

- 2-3 years of Debt Review experience or 2-3 years Customer Service Experience
- Experience with PDA systems
- Experience with Debt Review from Credit Provider side.
- High level of accountability
- Ability to deal with customers efficiently

**Preferred**:

- 2-3 years as a Debt Counsellor
- Experience with Finwise/Simplicity/Maximus
- Computer literacy
- Experience with Zendesk
- Financial acumen

**Duties (but not limited to)**:

- Liaising with external parties (credit providers and other)
- Following up with internal stakeholders
