**LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST**

**About the Job**
Are you a people person with a knack for uncovering opportunities? **Octane Marketing** is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Lead Generation Specialist** to power our sales pipeline and help our clients grow. In this role, you’ll engage potential customers on behalf of a diverse range of businesses, conducting insightful surveys, building relationships, and qualifying leads.

**What you will do**:

- **Engage Clients**: Make outbound calls to potential customers on behalf of our clients, introducing their services and building rapport.
- **Conduct Surveys**: Perform targeted surveys to understand client needs, preferences, and challenges.
- **Qualify Leads**: Assess and identify high-potential prospects that align with the unique offerings of our clients.
- **Build Relationships**: Create a positive experience by listening actively and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
- **Collaborate with Sales**: Provide well-documented insights and warm leads to Sales Agents for seamless follow-up and closing.
- **Track and Report**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, survey results, and lead progress using our CRM tools.
- **Diversify Your Approach**: Tailor your outreach to suit the diverse industries and client goals we support.
- **Exceed Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, including call volumes, survey completion rates, and lead conversions.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Experience**: 1+ year in lead generation, telemarketing, or a phone-based sales role. Experience working with multiple clients or industries is a plus.
- **Communication Pro**: Exceptional verbal skills, with the ability to persuade, handle objections, and build trust.
- **Survey Savvy**: Proficiency in asking the right questions to gather meaningful insights for varied client needs.
- **Tech-Smart**: Familiarity with CRM systems
- **Adaptable and Resilient**: Flexible in adjusting your approach to different client industries and goals.
- **Organized and Detail-Oriented**: Strong record-keeping skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- **Self-Motivated Team Player**: Works well both independently and collaboratively.
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent required; certifications in sales, marketing, or business are a bonus.
