Market / Leads Generator

An established company in Cape Town is seeking to employ a dynamic Market / Leads Generator who will be responsible to analysis key industries in the environmental management market and source new potential companies, customers and provide leads database for sales teams.

The person will not be required to sell anything.

In this role, you will be expected to use various market tools from internet, social media, industry publications, associations, leads and referrals and any other tools to perform market research.

Potential industries and companies must be contacted to find the key or target person, which our sales teams need to target and perform their marketing task, built relationship and generate sales.

Qualities required are good communication skills, being creative and self-driven.

The person must also have a dynamic friendly and energetic people’s approach in order to make an impression and start initial relationship building.

Various projects in different industries will be initiated and needs to be completed in a certain time frame. Being able to work under pressure and complete task within target periods.

We're seeking an individual who have proven experience and familiarity with traditional marketing / leads generation.

**Objectives of this role**
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research into consumers, competitors, and the marketplace
- Create reports, presentations, and action items based on collected data
- Strategize how best to allocate resources to improve marketing campaigns and sales
- Understand business objectives and design or surveys to gain insights into prospective customers’ preferences

**Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future references
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Conduct in-depth market research and share insights with the marketing and sales teams on a regular basis
- Review and interpret large data sets and organize them into spreadsheets, charts, and graphs
- Present data findings and insights during company-wide meetings
- Stay up to date on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices

**Preferred qualification**

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising and Communications

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
