**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Market Immersion & Strategy Development**:
Spend a significant portion of time in the informal market to understand trader environments, customer needs, and market dynamics.

Develop marketing strategies aligned with the overall business growth objectives, ensuring they are practical and relevant to the informal market.

**Brand Management**:
Oversee the Flash brand presence and performance within the Trader Sales Division across all channels.

Lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including generic campaigns and ad hoc requests.

**Campaigns & ROI**:
Collaborate with the Growth Manager to design and execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and clear ROI.

Work closely with social media teams to align priorities and amplify campaigns across digital platforms.

**Data-Driven Marketing**:
Analyse data and market insights to inform marketing decisions, strategies, and campaign optimization.

Build and deliver compelling presentations to communicate strategies, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

**Budget Management**:
Build and oversee the marketing budget for the Trader Sales Division.

Identify innovative ways to optimize spend and achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and impact.

**Revenue Generation**:
Identify and leverage opportunities to generate income through market positioning and partnerships.

Collaborate with sales and growth teams to maximize revenue streams linked to marketing initiatives.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in wholesale or retail marketing, with a focus on store-level execution.

Strong understanding of informal markets and the trader environment.

**KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**:
Proficient in marketing tools, data analysis platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven track record in leading marketing campaigns that drive ROI.

Experience managing budgets
