Our client provides a wide range of Property Services including Sales and letting of residential and commercial property, Property management of residential and commercial property, Bond origination and financial services for residential and commercial property.
Joining their Cape Town team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Insurance claims
- Maintenance queries
- Tenant reconciliations
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Diary management
- Preparing communications and reports on behalf of Portfolio Managers
- Sending communications and reports to trustees
- General office administration and bookkeeping

To qualify for this position, you will need to have a Matric certificate, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role within the real estate sector and a solid understanding of the Sectional Title Act. Furthermore, you will need to be hard working, detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team. A Paddocks qualification will be advantageous.
