**Job description**:
You will be responsible for leading the Gauteng team of PSG Employee Benefits Midlands and to manage and service Gauteng based clients predominantly.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic client management:

- Produce and implement strategic annual plans per client
- Produce and implement communication strategies per client
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients at both senior and administrative levels
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with client wellness committees
- Ensure compliance with client service level agreements
- Produce and implement annual year-end plans per client
- Manage the query process per client
- Identify cross-sell opportunities among existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships between PSG and providers

Operations client management:

- Ensure that the operational requirements for each client are met (e.g. on-site visits, inductions, payroll workshops)
- Manage the daily operational services provided by PSG to the client
- Produce and implement a monthly communication per client
- Manage the year-end operational process

Staff and office management:

- Supervise staff and HR related issues including, but not limited to, timekeeping and leave control
- Identify and implement plans for staff training and development needs
- Manage Health and Safety requirements
- Ensure optimal utilisation of staff resources

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum NQF5 in Wealth Management
- Completed RE5 qualification
- 10 years relevant work experience with an excellent understanding of insurance and medical industry
- 3 years management experience
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation
- Computer literacy (MS Office - advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Overnight travel is a requirement
