**Responsibilities**:

- Managing queries from the various business units and key stakeholders, for example performance metrics, fee queries, special quotes or product related technical queries
- Providing feedback and insights on queries when required
- Performing change request testing on the platform (LISP) or the transactional client interface
- Assisting in the development of solutions for recurring technical matters reported through developing test cases
- Daily review of fund prices on the LISP

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 2+ years of work experience in the financial and investment services industry
- University Degree majoring in either Investment Management, Insurance Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Finance or Financial management
- Programming and Modelling skills, specifically financial modelling
- High level of computer literacy, SQL, MS Excel
- Advantageous: LISP platforms and long-term savings and investment products
