- Processing of return orders on ERP system
- Processing of samples and marketing gifts

**Customer Service**
- Communication with both internal and eternal customers regarding order processing status

**Administration**
- Recording and filing scales documents and orders
- Perform any ad hoc duties as when required (Samples stock take etc.
- Daily reporting to internal customer (Oder's, Inventory, etc.)

**External Interaction with Customers/Dealers**
- Nature and Purpose of the Interaction
- Raising orders, resolving queries and problem solving

- Main interaction is between sales staff, accounts receivable and logistics( Warehouse and outbound)**Inherent Requirements**

**Required Experience**
- 2 years' experience in a similar position
- FMCG experience will be an advantage
- Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel,) intermediate level
- Telephone orders experience
- In Depth Product and Retail Business Knowledge
- Ms. Office Suite (Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
