We have an exciting full-time position available at Versus Socks. We are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to join our growing, young, dynamic and active team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Logistics and Warehouse Manager at Versus Socks, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse & logistics activities, ensuring efficient and organized processes for the receipt, storage, and distribution of our product, apparel, and related products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing storage space, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers, retailers, and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Management**:

- Plan, organize, and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and storage methods to optimize space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

**2.** **Logistics Coordination**:

- Develop and execute logistics strategies to streamline transportation, distribution, and delivery processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective inbound and outbound shipments.
- Evaluate transportation options, negotiate contracts, and manage freight rates to minimize costs while maintaining service levels.

**3.** **Team Management**:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, warehouse workers, and administrative personnel.
- Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.

**4.** **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse and logistics activities, and take corrective actions as needed.

**5.** **Inventory Control**:

- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to reduce stock variances and prevent stockouts or overages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inventory forecasting, replenishment, and demand planning.

**6.** **Vendor and Supplier Relations**:

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage inbound and outbound shipments, resolve any issues, and maintain positive relationships.

**7.** **Technology and Systems**:

- Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance warehouse and logistics operations.

**8.** **Communication**:

- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders, including procurement, sales, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2 - 4 years experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Knowledge of Dear/Cin7 Core inventory management software would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Shopify would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices within a warehouse environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
