Jnr Production

You will have the following experience:
Lead a team to deliver projects on time and in full

Provide a safe working environment in accordance with standards and maintain environmental standards

Lead effective quality audit findings close-outs

Identify and participate in areas of continuous improvement including production facility improvements, introduction of new products, processes and equipment, personnel development and continual quality improvement

Management of people which includes but not limited to disciplinary, grievance and absenteeism

Create and implement organisational changes on an operative level

Provide detailed feedback regarding shipments and deliveries

**Education**:
Matric

Diploma / Certificate Production Management / Logistics / Dispatching

Joinery experience will be adv.

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience

**Skills**:Highly adaptable, willing to provide a hands-on assistance in a high-pressure environment

Identifying problems and implement preventative strategies to minimize risk.

Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail oriented.

Working well with many different departments and external suppliers.

Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month
