**Job Advert**:
We have an exciting opprtunity for a **DC Supervisor** witin our **Supply Chain** This position will be based at our Kuilsriver Distribution Centre and will report directly to the **Assistant DC Manager**

By taking on this opportunity, you will ensure that all departmental activities are completed accurately and timeously as per DC plan through effective planning, leading, organizing, and managing of the team.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Matric /Grade 12/ NQF level 4 equivalent

**Preferred**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain Management

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
**KNOWLEDGE required**:

- Warehouse system knowledge (WMS)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding standard operating procedures within departments
- Driving compliance to standard operating procedures within departments
- Basic Human Resource knowledge
- Basic Industrial Relations knowledge

**SKILLS required**:

- Planning and organizing
- Service delivery

- Assertiveness

**Preferred**:

- Similar experience in a Clothing/Textile/Retail industry.
