A Motor Dealership in the East Rand is looking for an
**HR Administrator** to join their growing team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an HR Administrator
- Computer literate
- Good understanding of labour laws
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills
- Experience in the Automotive Industry would be a bonus
- SDF Accreditation (would be a bonus)
- VIP Premier Experience (non-negotiable)

**Duties (but not limited to)**:

- Assist with daily operations of the HR functions
- Provide admin support to HR consultants
- Compile and update employee records
- Update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Review and renew company policies and legal compliance
- Liaison with employees on any HR-related queries
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- Assist with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
