- Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR team to deliver HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on all HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with employment law.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, including employee files, attendance records, and performance reviews.
- Assist in the development and delivery of employee training and development programs.
- Support the HR team in implementing and administering employee benefits programs.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition

programs, and social events.- Update all internal databases - eg. training tracker, disciplinary records, performance

appraisals, employee movement and BEE.- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, extension, acknowledgement letters.
- Assist with the full process in terms of BEE and EE data submission.
- Responsible for UIF related queries, company registration and monthly employer’s

declaration to DOEL.- Administer the payroll on Sage
- Draft written and final warnings and assist managers and employees during the hearing

process.- Assist with WCA queries and medical insurance queries.
- Assist with any other Ad-hoc queries**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems as well as Sage VIP.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.**What Qualification**
