KPIs: Payroll & Compliance, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Wellbeing.Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies across the MEA region. Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure compliance with regional labour laws (UAE, DAFZA, South Africa, and other MEA countries). Oversee HR policies, organizational structures, job descriptions, and onboarding programs. Advise managers and employees on performance, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives. Lead performance reviews, development planning, and succession management. Manage monthly payroll for MEA entities and administer benefits, end-of-service settlements, and visa processes. Ensure full compliance with MOHRE, DAFZA, BCEA, and other regulatory bodies; stay updated on labour law changes. Design and deliver learning and development initiatives to build capability and support career growth. Act as the regional Sustainability Champion by promoting wellbeing, environmental responsibility, and ESG-aligned programs.
