- Provide full Human Resources support services to factory and salaried staff, including HR administration. KPI’s: Manage the recruitment of weekly paid staff and ensure all relevant documentation is completed Induct new employees into the company culture, policies and procedures, safety and overll job requirements Comply with statutory requirements for compliance and reporting i.e Work Skills, ATR, employment Equity, MEIBC, BCEA, OHSA Counsel employees where appropriate Advise line managers on labour matters and law, assist at disciplinary enquiries and monitor and advise on employee productivity indicators Implement Group HR policies, processes and procedures Maintain employee files and HR related Administration Job Requirements: An HR qualification (university or college) preferred Management combined with several years of practical HR Generalist experience at factory (worker), HR Officer level Motor vehicle licence Knowledge of VIP an advantage Strong HR administration skills 7 Job specific competencies: Team leadership Strategic Orientation Entrepreneurship and Profitable Growth Solving problems and getting results Functional expertise Interpersonal skills Self Management-
