**Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their Gauteng Team**

**Requirements**:
***
- **Senior Certificate or higher**
***:

- **At least 5 years’ customer service experience in a closely related industry**
***:

- **Excellent SAP knowledge advantageous**
***:

- **Excellent computer literacy in MS Office including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint**
***:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
***:

- **Ability to handle stress and meet tight deadlines**
***:

- **Good team player with the ability to work independently**
***

**Duties**:
***
- **Creation and maintenance of customer and material master data, as well as price conditions in EP1.**
***:

- **Processing of customer inquiries and creation of IOPs, RfQs and quotations.**
***:

- **Co-ordination of the quotations with the responsible sales manager and/or customers, or internal departments, e.g., the business divisions or units.**
***:

- **Preparation of pricing decisions (research on pricing history, discounts, gross prices, comparative prices of other customers), if necessary, utilizing pricing tools (Guided Quoting, PK-Tool, etc.).**
***:

- **Quotation tracking (setting tracking criterion and maintaining reasons for rejection).**
***:

- **Posting, completing, and maintaining customer orders.**
***:

- **Reviewing and, if necessary, correcting orders placed by customers through Medias.**
***:

- **Creation and dispatch of order confirmations.**
***:

- **Booking and maintenance of RfMM processes, as well as first series and sample orders**
***:

- **Permanent monitoring of delivery dates and co-ordination of date deviations with the dispatcher and the supervisor and adjustment if necessary.**
***:

- **Co-ordinating the need for special deliveries with the customer and supervisor.**
***:

- **Initiation of special deliveries and co-ordination with transportation management.**
***:

- **Creation, adjustment and/or tracking of delivery bills with the customer and the transport management, if necessary, adjustment of credit limit (delivery block) with the accounts department.**
