**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Account Specific Queries**:
- Coordinate efforts to resolve account-related queries, consulting relevant departments as necessary.
- Identify and assign problems to the correct department, ensuring instructions are carried out.
- Gather information for comprehensive feedback and provide regular updates to clients.
- Resolve disputes between parties by recommending suitable courses of action and aiding where necessary.
- Supervise the dispute resolution process and follow up regularly until resolution is reached.
- Provide regular updates to clients until resolution is achieved.
**Owner and General Queries**:

**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 - High School Diploma or GED
- Sectional Title Course (CPMD or Paddocks, etc.)
- Admin/Computer course
- Higher Certificate/Diploma would be advantageous.
- At least 2 years administration experience, including working with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- At least 2 years' experience in problem-solving and dispute resolution
- Customer/client service experience in a property focused environment
