**Role Overview**
The Customer Service Advisor will be the key connection between customers, and internal teams. This role is central to ensuring that client requests, transactions, and day-to-day operations are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and track customer orders and requests from initiation through to completion.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to coordinate schedules, requirements, and related details.
- Maintain accurate records, including order files, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Assist the logistics team with scheduling and dispatch coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing solutions and updates in a professional manner.
- Monitor accounts to confirm timely payments and accurate processing.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and share basic reports on customer interactions and operational activities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, or operations support (experience in logistics or industrial sectors is an advantage).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and follow-up skills.
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
