**Job Overview**
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. We require a Fleet Sales Manager to achieve new truck sales in line with company business plan to existing as well as new truck fleets in South Africa to maintain and grow the company’s market share in competing segments whilst taking responsibility for the sales into Regional and Long-Haul Market Segments
**Responsibilities and Duties**
To achieve fleet sales targets in line with the business plan through proper strategic planning and forecasting.
To maintain existing fleet customers relationships and grow the new fleets by 5% per annum ensuring growth of the market share in agreed target market segments.
To plan and facilitate marketing initiatives in line with departmental budget to ensure optimization of future business opportunities.
To provide a tailored transport solution to fleet customer needs to optimize customer profitability.
To use demonstration vehicles to fleet customers to increase sales.
To provide market intelligence to the Sales Team of UDSA to facilitate strategic decision making and the identification of growth opportunities.

Grade 12
Diploma in Transport / logistics
Diploma In Sales and Marketing
8 Years’ Experience in Truck Sales within a managerial role
