What you will do: Coordinate and monitor truck movements using Soloplan and related systemsPlan and schedule routes for maximum efficiencyManage driver dispatch, performance, and attendanceMaintain real-time client communication and problem-solvingTrack delivery performance and ensure accurate documentation submission What you need: Minimum 4 years experience as a Fleet Controller in the freight and logistics industryAt least 2 years experience in route planning, scheduling, and driver managementExperience working with tautliners or tipper trucks (essential)Matric with a Transport or Logistics qualification (advantageous)Fluent in English, with Afrikaans conversational abilityValid drivers license and own reliable transport What's on offer: Competitive salary of R22,000 to R25,500 per monthOpportunity to work with a reputable and growing logistics groupStable, full-time position with long-term career potential This role is operationally critical and requires dedication, accountability, and flexibility.
