This role involves growing, managing, and retaining both new and existing fleet customers to meet and exceed sales volumes. The successful candidate will implement structured sales activities and processes aligned with operational plans to deliver exceptional customer service and increase overall profitability. You’ll be responsible for actively promoting the dealership and brand in the targeted market, penetrating the vehicle fleet sector with professionalism and strategic intent, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships to drive unit sales and first gross profit. Remuneration : Market Related, depending on experience plus Lucrative performance-based Incentive – Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle and Fuel Allowance Duties include Develop and implement strategic fleet sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly targets Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities through effective prospecting and networking Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, quoting, tender submissions, to delivery and post-sale support Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and fleet managers Proactively monitor and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback Collaborate with internal teams including F&I, logistics, and aftersales to ensure seamless execution and service delivery Ensure the dealership and brand are professionally represented in all corporate interactions Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction Prepare and manage relevant sales reports, documentation, and administration accurately and timeously Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed Requirements : Matric (Grade 12) essential Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing (advantageous) Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in fleet or corporate vehicle sales Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts Solid understanding of FML solutions and tender processes (private and government sector) Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools Strong administration and reporting skills Exceptional negotiation and closing skills Excellent planning, organising, and time management abilities Confident presentation and professional communication (written and verbal) Proactive and self-motivated with strong sales instincts High emotional intelligence and people-orientation Ability to manage conflict and build rapport across diverse customer bases Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-driven approach Tech-savvy with a keen eye for market dynamic If your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then : Apply directly now – Send your CV to Feel free to contact Hayley directly on or send a WhatsApp to for more information.
