Senior Property Portfolio Manager(Sectional Title)

**_Our client is urgently looking for a Senior Property Portfolio Manager(Sectional Title) to join their organization_**

- Claremont, Cape Town_

**_Requirements:_**
- _ A degree in Property Studies/Bcom would be advantageous_
- _ Sectional title / Homeowners course advantageous (Paddocks)_
- _ Vast knowledge of the sectional title act and workings of a body corporate / homeowners association_
- _ Sectional Title experience is mandatory (minimum of three years)_
- _ Basic financial knowledge and understanding (Budgeting, Understanding of Annual Financial Statements) _
- _Understanding of insurance policies and compliance required _
- _Must have the ability to work on WeConnectU would be advantageous _
- _Computer literate (experience in above average Excel, Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs preferable)_
- _ Must have solid and positive references_
- _ Clear health record_
- _ Clear credit record_
- _ No criminal record_

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Effectively manage sectional title/homeowners' association properties._
- _ Management of sectional title/homeowners community schemes_
- _ Manage relationships with trustees and other stakeholders_
- _ Attending trustee meetings and AGMs _
- _Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and ready for trustee and AGM meetings_
- _ Ensure that all trustee meeting action items are attended to timeously_
- _ Liaise with building managers for minor and major building works_
- _ Under the instruction and with assistance from the Trustees, manage the employees of the Body Corporate / Homeowner Association's responsibilities and tasks._
- _ Assist with Budget preparation and budget variance management_
- _ Facilitate the compilation, additions, and amendments to Conduct Rules and Management Rules, and lodging thereof with CSOS_
- _ Work closely with the members of the body corporate / HOA to ensure overall compliance_
