**Job Specifications**:
High volume BPO and call centre recruitment e.g. sales agents etc.

Daily Admin Duties i.e. updating relevant database / Creating a streamlined recruitment management process.

Sound Knowledge of Call Centre, Sales & General Recruitment to minimize potential challenges.

Onboarding of new staff, contracting, payroll and system administration.

Attendance and Absence management.

Payroll administration.

**Skills & Experience**:
2 years+ recruitment experience in fast paced in-house call centre environment, or Recruitment Agency.

Must have Call Centre experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Written & Verbal

Proficiency in the use and creation of Recruitment Management procedures and processes.

Must be able to work well under pressure and possess initiative

Comfortable with headhunting and cold calling, getting rejection but remaining tenacious.

Previous experience in Basic Office management advantageous.

Payroll and absence administration experience required for monthly capturing of all payroll related information required for processing.

**Basic Salary**:
R8000 - R12000

+

Incentives/Commission for successfully meeting placement targets and staff attrition rates

Based in Cape Town
Start date: ASAP

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
