Senior Sales Specialist - Snowflake Solutions

**What you'll be doing**

**About the Role**

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to **high-impact projects** at an **innovative, high-growth company** that thrives in a rapidly expanding market. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a **sales strategy** to achieve quarterly and annual quotas for assigned accounts/territory.
- Build and maintain strong **client relationships** within enterprise businesses in South Africa.
- Drive revenue growth by collaborating with the **marketing team** to execute targeted campaigns.
- Act as a **trusted advisor**, understanding client IT roadmaps and positioning **Snowflake** as a key solution.
- Qualify leads, **develop new business opportunities**, and maintain recurring revenue streams.
- Conduct **Executive and CxO-level discussions**, presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage **sales processes**, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
- Provide **post-sales support**, ensuring smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain a **solution-oriented approach to sales**, demonstrating strong **presentation and negotiation skills**.
- ** Education**: BA/BS degree required.
- ** Experience**: 5+ years of **enterprise field sales experience**, preferably in **data or cloud technology**.
- Deep knowledge of the **South African market** and key industry players.
- ** Proven ability** to independently **develop, manage, and close** enterprise client relationships.
- Experience achieving **$1M+ ARR quotas** annually and managing **multiple face-to-face client meetings per week**.
- Strong track record in **pipeline development, activity consistency, and quota achievement**.
- Ability to understand **customer requirements** and present the **right solutions** proactively.
- High-energy professional with a **positive attitude and independent mindset**.
- Outstanding **verbal/written communication, relationship management, and organizational skills**.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, high-growth environment**.
- Expertise in managing **C-suite relationships** and understanding enterprise **IT business drivers**.

- ** Experience implementing MEDDPICC/SPIN** sales methodology.
