Administers and sometimes delivers training to drive solutions knowledge and client insights to the salesforce.
They collaborate with regional sales operations and enablement leads and other central functions to oversee the curation and delivery of training and enablement content, and at times assist with instructor led training to help the sales organization sell more effectively.
Ensures consistent reiteration and reinforcement of the NTT Ltd sales methodology and process to enable buyer action based on behaviour research and knowledge
Deploy continuous training programs focused on specific sales personas, content curation, and performance measurement.
Focus is on teaching sales personas to engage effectively with clients with differentiated, tailored experiences to identify, advance, and close sales opportunities.
Manages the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of training and development programs for sales managers and sales personas, namely front line, presales, and specialist sales.
Works with the sales talent transformation team to develop and deliver sales training content, methods, and materials for training sales personas and may conduct courses.
**Working at NTT**
The role of Senior Sales Enablement Specialist supports the development of transformational sales roles like specialist sales, hunters with targeted training curricula and development programmes. This position is responsible for managing the implementation and administration of sales enablement collateral and initiatives with the regional sales teams. They reinforce the sales policies, and procedures, platforms at tools all salespeople leverage as a standard, globally. This individual collaborates with regional internal stakeholders (sales operations and Sales Leadership) to provide sales enablement initiatives with the objective of enabling their teams to achieve the sales strategy. They manage and co-ordinate activities and initiatives related to regional sales transformation with a hyper focus on driving a adoption in the sales organisation.
