We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Graduate to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our marketing efforts, including social media management, lead generation, and research. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in the insurance industry's digital marketing landscape.

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management:

- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to social media conversations, comments, and inquiries.
- Analyse social media metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.

Lead Generation:

- Collaborate with the team to develop lead generation strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target audience segments.
- Assist in creating and optimizing lead generation campaigns using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Monitor lead performance, analyse data, and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry best practices within the insurance industry.
- Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and share insights with the team.
- Provide recommendations based on research findings to optimize digital marketing strategies.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Support team members in day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing practices.
