**HR Business Partner: South Africa**:
- As a HR Business Partner, you support the business with the translation of the company strategy to the people strategy. When it comes to the strategic and tactical HR topics, you are the sparring partner for important stakeholders in the business._
**What you will do as a HR Business Partner?**:
As a HR Business Partner, you will support the business with people, culture, and leadership related topics, including the translation of the business strategy into a people strategy. You will:
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, culture, and behaviors
- Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and participate in relevant meetings to actively contribute to the strategic decisions of the business
- Ensure that business leaders have the right HR support, either by People Relation Partners or via Global Services & Centre of Expertise Groups
- Ensure implementation of needed recruitment and development interventions, and the ongoing delivery
- Develop strategies to retain key staff and to improve employee engagement
- Embed and deliver HR strategies for people management, succession and workforce planning, and talent management within the business units that you support
- Work effectively with the HR team to drive and contribute to the continuous improvement of people processes, tools, and practices required to support the achievement of the business strategy
- Advise on and coordination of organizational changes (restructuring, acquisitions, harmonization, etc.) across the business units, including the impact to the organization, staff development, providing change management and other appropriate solutions to the business

- Ability to take business and commercial insights and translate them into the Organization & People agenda to have a positive impact on the business results
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills (stakeholder management)
- Ability to influence and handle tasks confidentially, business acumen, and data & analytics
- Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner
- Experience in Talent, Development, and Reward agendas
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and organization change processes
- Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions
- Excellent coaching and relationship building skills
- Flexible beyond a standard job description
