Germiston. You will be required to partner with business stakeholders to operationalize the HR strategy, working with managers to proactively identify and meet the HR needs of the business.

You will be responsible for providing a generalist and operational HR function to the business, implementing and managing HR processes, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, influencing stakeholders across levels, and delivering HR projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Min 8 years of operational HR experience acquired in a medium to large enterprise.
- Min 3 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of delivering people leadership results.
- Proven track record of performing organisational analysis, presenting insights, influencing stakeholders, delivering solutions and evaluating the effectiveness of solutions implemented.
- Manufacturing experience advantageous
- Strong foundational HR Business Partnering skills.
- Change management
- Computer literate
- Current HR legislation

Key Performance Areas:

- Proactively perform organisational diagnostics to identify gaps and business requirements and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
- Define level-appropriate KPIs in line with the business priorities and HR challenges requiring attention.
- Manage all aspects of the employment lifecycle; including recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent management, learning and development, succession management, relationship management, remuneration and rewards, exit management, employee engagement and organisational culture.
- Project and change management
- Policy development, implementation and enforcement
- HR Service delivery
- Ensure internal compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and governance requirements.
- Implement the diversity and inclusion programme.
- Manage internal communication.
