One of South Africa's Banking Giants is looking for a HR Business Partner who will be responsible for the development, execution management and Optimisation of new and existing HR initiatives to business in partnership with the HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and the business.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Responsible for developing a people strategy, plan, and solutions for dedicated client(s) in collaboration with the business senior leadership team
- Partner with the business and HR CoEs during the design and delivery of key people & transformation initiatives within dedicated client area (s)
- Provide routine HR services to dedicated client area(s) in partnership with the relevant HR CoEs
- Provide ad-hoc HR services to dedicated client area(s) in partnership with the relevant HR CoEs

**Knowledge, Competencies, Skills & Experience**:
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology

**Ideal**:

- A relevant tertiary post graduate qualification in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology

**Knowledge**:
**Minimum**:

- Knowledge and understanding of:

- General HR policies, processes and procedures
- Employment legislation
- HR Systems (i.e., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Business practices and processes
- External and internal stakeholder management
- General Office systems and processes
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Influencing skills
- Reporting and business writing skills
- Strategic Thinking Skills

**Experience**:
**Minimum**:

- At least 4 years’ experience in one or more specialist area within HR (i.e., recruitment and selection, talent management, learning and development, )
- Must have proven experience in the building and maintaining of key client relationships at a senior management level within the organisation
- Proven experience in the coordination and implementation of multiple change initiatives/tasks/processes/project deliverables

**Ideal**:

- At least 2 - 4 years’ experience as strategic HR Business Partner to key clients at a senior management level within the organisation
