**HR Business Partner**: Our team in **Johannesburg** currently has an opening for a **HR Business Partner** > **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: Our team in South Africa currently have a vacancy as HR Business Partner. The position is based in Pomona, Gauteng. **Your Role & Responsibilities** Consults with line management, providing HR and payroll guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR MEA to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Act as organizational change agent. **Compensation & Benefits** - Perform and execute a defined range of administrative tasks related to payroll activities, according to guidelines and procedures. - Provide advice and education to employees in relation to pay issues, award changes, new policies etc. - Manage and steer annual salary rounds/bonus payouts. - Oversee and process WCA claims, Annual ROE, Bi-Annual IRP5 - Resolving payroll enquiries in a professional manner. - Approve filing and archiving of payroll information. **Performance Management** - Give guidance to Line Managers with identified SMART goals in line with Business Strategy. - Monitor, coordinate and support employees and managers in people performance management processes **Job Analysis & Job Design** - Conduct on-going job analysis, evaluation and benchmark activities to ensure proper classification of jobs. - Identify tools required for employees to complete the job. - Set up and maintain job profiles **Employee & Labour Relations** - Maintain the relations with respective Shop Stewards and Union Officials. - Attend to and advise on employee corrective action steps. **YOUR PROFILE**: - Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources or equivalent training. - Working experience in Sage People 300 and Cornerstone essential. WorkDay experience advantageous. - Knowledge of payroll principles. - Knowledge of labour law and regulations. - Project experience and proven successes in this area. - At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position. - Fluency in spoken and written English, - Structured, responsible and professional way of working, strong communication skills, very good organizational skills, result - and solution-oriented work, emphatic personality. **OUR OFFER**: > **INTERESTED?**: 0836083669
