This role reports directly to the Managing Director and will oversee all aspects of our human resources function, ensuring alignment with our company's business objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that will attract, develop, and retain top talent within the IT industry. Foster a positive work culture and ensure compliance with South African labour laws and regulations, underlining the companys commitment to ethical practices.

Key Requirements for the role include:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- An in-depth understanding of HR best practices and legislation and experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee relations are essential.

You will play a pivotal role in promoting the company as an employer of choice, managing talent acquisition, and coordinating compensation, benefits, and career development programs. Staying updated with HR trends within the IT industry will also ensure an ongoing relationship with the relevant SETA for training grants.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as you will be tasked with building relationships at all levels of the organisation. Conducting workshops and training sessions will also be part of the role. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate an understanding of IT job roles and requirements into effective HR policies and initiatives.
